Kimsy Kay is a dedicated Cosmetic Nurse Injector and founder of Empower Aesthetic Nurses, an education and events platform that supports aesthetic professionals through luxury learning experiences. With a background in clinical research and hands-on cosmetic nursing, Kimsy brings a unique blend of medical insight and creative vision to the industry. She has hosted sold-out events like Nurses & Needles: Vascular Confidence Edition, curating empowering environments for nurses to grow their skills and confidence in aesthetic complication management.
Beyond the treatment room, Kimsy is passionate about elevating safety standards in aesthetics through education and collaboration. She’s worked with leading brands like Merz, Prollenium, Galderma and Eltraderm, and has recently developed an advanced vascular occlusion training course in partnership with Patricia Pezzano. Her work centers on connection, confidence, and creating community over competition in the world of medical aesthetics.
